We have many services to keep your home irrigation system running smooth. We can evaluate the way the system runs from the clock to each individual head. Find any existing problems. Such as breaks or cracks in a line , broken sprinkler heads, cracked valves and even drip lines. These are all things that can cost you money, waste water and cause dead lawns. Let us help you keep everything running properly and prevent or stop further headaches.
Includes our sprinkler system evaluation with start up. This means you don't have to go in that creepy crawlspace. Also peace of mind that it is up and running in time for the Hot Colorado summer. Our sprinkler system evaluation is recommended to find any problems or coverage issues and fine tune your water schedule to save you money while conserving water. Ruptures, broken heads, cracks, replace worn heads and tips, mist and drip line additions. There is no way to know for sure what exactly is beneath the surface and any estimates are a general idea of how much it may cost for the repair. We will do our best to be quick and efficient for all repairs. $108 per hour +parts

Evaluations can help to find problems like ruptures and breaks. Look over the coverage of each sprinkler head and adjust as needed. We can go over better watering times and durations and try to save you some money on your water bill. Keeping your lawn green and healthy with proper watering can save money on expensive lawn services. All the while learning how your irrigation system works and possibly how to operate the timer.Flat rate up to 10 stations $108 and $3 each additional station
We will swap out the Controller / Timer. Then we will help you with understanding and reprogramming your new irrigation controller.
$108 + parts. Duration varies.
Flat rate up to 10 stations $108 and $3 each additional station. Guaranteeing your back flow preventer and irrigation pipes are water free and will not burst. Our irrigation blow-out service will do just that. We will clear each line of water including into the house. This assures no water will be left in the lines and will not cause damage over the cold Colorado winter.
Flat rate $92.00 to locate your valve box. We do not guarantee to find the box. The charge only applies if we are successful in locating the valve box. If we are providing this service with a repair of one hour plus, the service will be discounted by half. No other discounts are applicable with this service.
