✅ Parts & Labor Guarantee
All labor and parts we provide are covered until the first freeze of the season.
If we perform your blow-out service before the first freeze, your coverage extends through the winter and resets the following season — year after year, for up to five (5) years of protection.
That means:
If something we installed or repaired fails due to faulty parts or workmanship — we’ll fix it or replace it free of charge

❗Note: This coverage does not apply to damage caused by freezing, landscaping, construction, animals, tampering, or unrelated plumbing issues.
🧊 Blow-Out Guarantee
Our blow-out service includes a freeze protection guarantee on exposed irrigation lines and above-ground backflow preventers.
as long as:
-Your system was properly winterized by us before the first freeze
-The main shut-off valve holds and does not leak into the backflow afterward
Important:
If a surprise freeze hits while you're still scheduled for blow-out service, you're responsible for fully draining the above-ground piping and backflow to maintain this guarantee.

If your appointment was booked after the season’s first freeze, the freeze protection guarantee does not apply.
Gate valves and older shut-offs are more prone to slow leaks — and unfortunately, not all leaks are detectable at the time of service.
If a leaking shut-off slowly refills the backflow after we winterize it, that will void the blow-out guarantee.
